Daily and weekly cancellation policy: SPI Golf Rentals highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance to protect you in case of emergency situations. Full refund of deposit minus a $ 35.00 processing fee charge for ANY cancellations 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 59-15 days prior to arrival forfeit $250.00 security deposit. ANY cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival, the guest is responsible for the full amount of rent.
Monthly cancellation policy: SPI Golf Rentals will refund of deposit minus $ 70 processing fee for any cancellation 60 days or more prior to stay. For cancellations between 59-46 days guest forfeits deposit. For cancellations 45 days prior to arrival Guest will be responsible for the entire rent.
Daily and weekly stays are paid in full 14 days in advance.
Monthly stays must be paid in full 60 days in advance.
We do not refund on early departures.
Hurricane policy: If a mandatory evacuation is issued in our area, we will then credit the rest of your stay or reschedule it.
Must be 21 or older to reserve, no spring breakers allowed.
