This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island.

This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen TV for group gathering or to sit around and watch family movies.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and comes with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway.
Living room and bedrooms each have cable and Wi-Fi through the house.
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure.
