This Villa is fully furnished with Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable in the living room with a 42" TV and cable in the master bedroom with a 32" tv. It has an enclosed screened in patio with outside furniture and a gas grill and a beautiful view of the pond. Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding,and wild life preserve .
/ No Smoking/ Laguna Vista is 5 miles from Port Isabel and 12 miles from the Beach and 25 miles from Mexico.

Nice unit with some issues

The place itself is nice with a great view on the back patio. Appreciated that it is pet friendly, too. 2 issues with the place. 1 the kitchen sink wasn't working at all when we arrived. We called the host at 4 pm (earliest time we could check in). She let us know she would contact maintenance but we didn't hear back on when he would come. Turned out to be the next morning. 2 we had some bug issues. Tiny black ants in the kitchen coming in I think from behind the microwave. A larch roach in one of the bathrooms. Could be a great 5-star place if not for that. Maybe more frequent visits from an exterminator? We'd definitely stay again if we knew that wasn't going to be a problem.

Wonderful house with excellent water view

Stayed in this beautiful two bed/two bath, fully furnished house for 5 nights. This casita has everything you need for a relaxing visit. Having a washer and dryer on property is an added bonus. Went bay fishing one day and Divot's Restaurant did an amazing job preparing our fresh catch. We had a wonderful breakfast at Lobo Del Mar, yummy lunch at the Palms which is directly on the beach and ended our stay with pizza from Bay B Boomers. Will definitely return to this casita soon.

Everything was pretty clean and nice and quiet with neighbors on both side of you. The only issue was the freezer doesn't really freeze and the shower head in the master bathroom probably needs a new shower head it was leaking. All in all, the wife and I enjoyed our two weeks there. Thank you, Jessie Hodge

We have stayed in this casita for two years and are planning on being there again next year. It is a very nice place, but could use some updating. The appliances are aging and while they still work, there are some problems with them. The agitator in the washer comes off during use, the freezer seems to have uneven temperatures in different places and the dishwasher was very noisy. The staff is extremely good about addressing any issues, but they can only do so much. The chairs in the living room are not very comfortable. All that being said, the casita is in a very nice area, the pond is great to look at, and the landscaping is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. We are satisfied with the house and realize it is a rental property and will not be the same as if we owned it.
